Studio Notes - Entry 01
This section of the Molecule Design website functions as a quiet journal from the studio. Rather than marketing announcements, these entries share observations from years of working with contemporary design, furnishings, and the environments those objects inhabit.
The notes reflect the evolution of Molecule—from a physical showroom founded in Santa Fe in 2002 to a digital platform and project-based design resource focused on curation, procurement, and the preparation of environments as they move into new chapters.
Entry 01
A Note from Molecule Design
For more than two decades through Molecule Design, my work has centered on curating contemporary industrial design and helping clients procure furnishings for their spaces. Much of that meant guiding pieces from selection through ordering, delivery, and installation—working closely with manufacturers and making sure everything arrived as intended.
Being involved in that process for so long offers a particular perspective on how spaces come together. You see how the right pieces change the atmosphere of a room, and how environments evolve as each element finds its place.
In this next phase of Molecule Design, I’m beginning to step a little further into that moment—supporting clients not only with the furnishings themselves, but also with preparing and refining environments as they move into a new chapter.
