Project Conditions of Sale

PROCUREMENT & FINAL SALE:

All furnishings and items specified for this project are considered final sale once ordered. Due to the nature of procurement across multiple vendors and made-to-order items, cancellations or returns are not possible after orders have been placed.

ORDER CHANGES & AVAILABILITY:

Product availability, lead times, and pricing are subject to change. In the event an item becomes unavailable or delayed, Molecule Design reserves the right to propose a suitable alternative of comparable style and value, aligned with the overall design intent.

RECEIVING, STORAGE & INSTALLATION:

All items will be delivered to a designated receiving warehouse coordinated by Molecule Design.

Molecule Design will oversee receiving, inspection, and storage, and will address any damages or issues directly with vendors and carriers prior to installation.

Final delivery and installation will be coordinated by Molecule Design, using appropriate delivery and installation services based on project needs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Molecule Design will coordinate all logistics, including receiving, storage, and final delivery to site.

While every effort is made to manage timelines, Molecule Design is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or shipping carriers.

WARRANTIES:

All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Molecule Design does not provide additional warranties and is not responsible for misuse or improper handling after installation.

INSURANCE:

Molecule Design is insured. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.

PROJECT TIMING:

Timely approvals and payments are required to maintain the project schedule and meet the targeted completion timelines.
