Places in the Multiverse
"Places in the Multiverse (an infinite realm of being or potential of which the universe is regarded as a part or instance) is a series of photomontages made from images of my sculptures and architectural models. Photos were taken with a digital camera and then placed into a computer where the original backgrounds in the photos were removed. The isolated images were duplicated in a single image and merged together opposed to each other in a symmetrical orientation. Those merged symmetrical images were copied into multiple layers and placed one behind the other while increasing the scale of each image a little each time. The finished multilayered images were then placed onto a black background.
The final result produced new and unexpected images of places made from the original models. These new formations are extremely complex looking, and the multilayered construction symbolically refers to their possible existence in a theoretical multiverse.
The hope is that the viewers of these images will be inspired to create stories in their own minds about what the function of these places might be", Michael Jantzen.

The Insectary is a place where insects are kept, exhibited, and studied.
"I took photos with my digital camera of various types of insects, then I uploaded them into my computer. The insects were isolated from their original backgrounds and then I manipulated the isolated insect images in various ways using Photoshop.
Combinations of insects were overlaid into many different kinds of abstract configurations, cut into pieces, and collaged in unexpected ways forming never before seen composites. In most cases, the original colors of the insects were also changed", Michael Jantzen.

"COVID-20, (The New Public Art) is a series of large painted steel public art sculpture proposals inspired by the Coronavirus molecule, and what may be coming in the future. The intent was not to create sculptures that anticipate the possible shape of future viruses based on the shape of the molecule, but rather to create never before seen menacing shapes that suggest a potential coming virus invasion of fantastic proportion. To support this idea, the sculptures are very large and colored a threatening red and silver.
I refer to these monumental sculptures as the new public art because they attempt to aesthetically deal with this very new phenomenon in a way that can only function as a new art form in light of today’s Covid-19 reality. It seems to me that it is very appropriate today to create monuments to phenomena like Covid, which has changed our lives in so many ways and has killed so many of us as well. These monumental sculptures do not intend to celebrate the virus, but rather to celebrate our awareness of it.
None of the parts that make up the sculptures were preconceived, and they were also assembled without any anticipated final form. I have placed images of the sculptures into various landscapes in anticipation of their final installations", Michael Jantzen.

"The Interactive House Sitter is a conceptual functional art chair especially suited for use during the pandemic; it was actually built. It is made of painted wood, 62 inches tall, 23 inches deep, and 18 inches wide.
The top portion of the chair is formed into an iconic house shape that is hinged onto the backrest. Two stops built into the backrest of the chair hold the house into a vertical position. if someone decides to sit on the chair they have the option of reaching back and pulling the house over their head into a fixed horizontal position, which is held in place by two more stops built into the backrest of the chair. The Interactive House Sitter can then look out of the house through two large picture windows cut out of the front of the house between the doorway. When it is time to leave the chair, the sitter just has to push the house back out of the way into the vertical position in order to stand up.
Conceptually, when a person is sitting in the chair with the little house pulled down over their head, they are symbolically sitting in the house. During the pandemic, multiple chairs can be used for guests in order to keep the gathering more Covid virus safe!", Michael Jantzen.

By working directly with the manufacturers, we can inform you when the company has discontinued any products, changed pricing, or introduced new ones. This happens on an annual basis when the manufacturer reviews production. You will be informed of the available options, colors, sizes, fabrics and materials. We use Paypal, the trusted online payment system that has been around for a long time. You don't have to have a Paypal account to submit your credit card payment. If you use Venmo on your mobile, feel free to select payments with Venmo. It's simple and straightforward, offered by Paypal.
For large items, the freight carrier will call you to set up an appointment. You will need to be present and responsible to receive your order. Upon delivery, any boxes left outside without your inspection, will not be considered if damage is present. Steps you need to take:
- Inspect your order for freight damage. If any, take pictures immediately.
- Note damage and sign the carrier receipt. You will keep a copy.
- If this is neglected, a replacement, refund or claim cannot be processed by either manufacturer or retailer.
- Keep packaging materials if damage occurred.
GENERAL TERMS / CONDITIONS OF SALE: All sales are final. Ordered goods can be replaced if received damaged and if the store is notified upon delivery, with pictures of damage, and packaging. If the store is not notified within 3 days, a replacement cannot be processed. This policy does not apply to minor variations natural to handcrafted products. SPECIAL ORDERS from any of Molecule's brands are not returnable. RETURNS will incur a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. CANCELLATIONS of your orders are accepted for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible, no exceptions.
PRODUCT USE AND WARRANTIES - All products sold by MOLECULE LLC are under manufacturer's warranty. MOLECULE LLC doesn't accept any responsibility for the wrong use of any products offered. Warranties don't cover any damage due to the wrong use of products.
