Virtual Consultation

A focused session to review your space remotely. Virtual consultations are held via Zoom (or phone/video if preferred).

What we will need before the session:

  • Photos of the space
  • Rough dimensions (even approximate is fine)
  • Optional: short video walkthrough

Ideal for single rooms and early-stage projects.

 This session is the first step toward a sourcing and procurement phase, if you choose to move forward.

In-Home Consultation

An on-site walk-through to assess the space in real time.

Includes: 

  • Review of layout and flow
  • Discussion of furniture placement and scale
  • Identification of key pieces and priorities
  • Immediate feedback and direction

Ideal for more complex spaces or clients who prefer in-person guidance.

Sourcing & Curation Phase

For clients ready to move forward, Molecule offers a dedicated sourcing and curation phase to develop the visual direction and prepare the project for procurement.

 This phase is initiated following consultation and includes a simple working agreement.

Important Note

Molecule Design provides furnishing curation, sourcing, and procurement services.
Full interior design or architectural services are not included.

Light guidance on layout and placement is included as part of the consultation process.

Molecule Design works with a range of vendors and trade partners, and any available trade advantages are incorporated into the overall project pricing. Pricing is presented as a complete project cost to ensure clarity and cohesion.
