To open a Trade Account, please submit:

One of the following:

• Business or professional license for a design or hospitality-related field

• W9, Federal ID, or EIN documentation

• Resale or Sales Tax Certificate

And one of the following:

• Business card with your current professional title

• Link to your website or professional profile (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) showing current work.
